Your right to cancel within 14 days

By law you can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you collect the parcel from the parcel locker. If you subscribed to Cerebro Duo, it starts when you receive the first delivery.

What cannot be returned

Opened bottles cannot be returned. They are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(e)). [[Every bottle is sealed with a protective film under the cap.]] You can only return unopened bottles with the film intact.

How to return

  • Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, write to info@cerebro.lt with your order number and how many bottles you are returning. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
  • We will reply with the return address.
  • Send the bottles within 14 days of telling us. You pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of your message, using the same payment method you paid with. We may wait until we receive the bottles or your proof of sending. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund what you paid for delivery.

[[If you return part of a multi bottle offer, we refund the difference between what you paid and the price that applies to the number of bottles you keep. You bought 3 bottles for 59,80 € and return 1: the 2 you keep cost 49,80 €, so we refund 10,00 €.]]

Cerebro Duo

You can cancel the subscription any time [[in your account]] or by writing to us, and no further deliveries or payments follow. This is separate from the 14 day right to cancel: unopened bottles you already received can be returned under this policy.

Damaged, wrong or faulty products

If you received a damaged or wrong product, write to us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we pay all shipping costs. This does not limit your legal rights for faulty goods.
