1. Who sells

Products on cerebro.lt are sold by MB Clautt, company code 308035807, Igno Šimulionio g. 10-163, LT-04330 Vilnius, Lithuania, email info@cerebro.lt (“we”). These terms apply to every purchase on cerebro.lt.

2. Who can buy

Individuals aged 18 or over can buy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, the Delivery, Returns and Privacy policies and, when you subscribe to Cerebro Duo, the Cerebro Duo terms.

3. The product

Cerebro is a food supplement, not a medicine. Ingredients, the recommended daily dose and warnings are on the product page and the pack; please read them before use. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the real product.

4. Orders and the contract

  • You place an order in the cart: choose the products and a parcel locker, then pay.
  • The contract is made when we send the order confirmation by email.
  • If a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund everything you paid. We will tell you by email.

5. Prices and offers

  • Prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. The delivery price is shown before you pay.
  • 1 bottle costs 29,90 €.
  • When you buy 2 or more bottles without a subscription, each one is 5,00 € off: 2 bottles cost 49,80 €.
  • “3 for the price of 2”: without a subscription, every third bottle is free. 3 bottles cost 59,80 €.
  • These two discounts do not combine. The cart applies the better one for you automatically.
  • Delivery is free from 2 bottles. This combines with the other discounts.
  • The Cerebro Duo subscription costs 29,90 € for each delivery of 2 bottles, with free delivery.
  • Discounts apply automatically, no code needed. Savings are always counted against the single bottle price, 29,90 €.

6. Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout: [[cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank links]]. Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not see or store your card details. Cerebro Duo can only be paid by card[[, Apple Pay or Google Pay]], because payments are taken automatically.

7. Delivery

We ship within Lithuania only, to parcel lockers. Times and prices are in the Delivery policy. The product is your responsibility from the moment you collect it from the parcel locker.

8. Right to cancel

You can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Opened bottles cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons. The full process and the form are in the Returns policy.

9. Quality and complaints

If you received a damaged, wrong or faulty product, write to info@cerebro.lt with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping. We answer complaints within 14 days. This does not limit your rights under Lithuanian law.

10. Liability

We are not liable for harm caused by using the product against its directions and warnings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Personal data

We process personal data under our Privacy policy.

12. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first and we will try to fix it quickly. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, www.vvtat.lt) or to a court. Lithuanian law applies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the version in force when you placed it.
